Energetika u tranziciji

- Directive 2003/54/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2003 concerning common rules for the internal market in electricity and repealing Directive 96/92/EC
- Directive 2003/55/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Concerning common Rules for the Internal Market in Natural Gas and Repealing Directive 98/30/EC
The First Ministerial Meeting on the Regional Electricity Market in South East Europe
held in Athens on 15th November 2002
- The Ministers of Energy signed the "Athens Memorandum-2002"that sets out a clear strategy for the reform

South East Europe and its Integration into the European Union Internal Market"] that provides a road map for the achievement of the objectives laid down in the Memorandum.
- Alongside the Ministerial meeting the donors and the countries representatives met to discuss on the
further actions and next steps to be undertaken. "Post Athens Schedule"
